2. Software & Digital Products

  • No Refunds for Instant Downloads: Due to the nature of digital files and scripts, once a product is downloaded, we cannot offer a refund.
  • Defective Products: If the digital product is faulty, corrupted, or not functioning as described, you must notify us within 3 days of purchase. After verification, we may provide a replacement file or a full refund.

3. Custom Development Projects

  • Deposits: Any upfront payments or deposits made for custom projects are non-refundable.
  • Project Cancellation: If a project is canceled before work has begun, a refund (minus administrative costs) may be issued at our discretion.
  • In-Progress Work: For cancellations during ongoing projects, partial refunds may be considered based on the work completed up to the date of cancellation.

4. Training, Consultation & Subscription Services

All payments made for training sessions, consultation, or subscription-based services are non-refundable once the service period has started. If you cancel before the service period begins, you may request a full or partial refund depending on the agreement made at purchase.

5. Exceptions

We may consider refunds or credits under exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate payments made by error.
